Swedish Airport Infrastructure AB har tecknat nytt hyresavtal med Braathens Regional Airways AB på Malmö Airport.
BRA är sedan tidigare hyresgäst hos SAIAB på Malmö Airport och utökar sin förhyrning fr o m 1 december 2022. Den totala förhyrningen, bestående av bl a flyghangar, verkstad- kontor- och lagerytor, omfattar då drygt 4 000 kvm med en hyrestid om 5 år.

Technical Base
SAI has together with Swedavia invested some SEK 1.4 billion in upgrading and eextending the technical base for a new 20 year lease. The project has given Swedavia all necessary support facilities such as garage, workshops, carwash for heavy vehicles, and offices for airside operations, during the coming decades for the growth of the airport.

A modern Aparthotel opens at Arlanda Airport – bringing an extended stay option to the area
Nordic region’s leading serviced apartment company Forenom continues its rapid expansion in Sweden with the opening of a new Aparthotel at Arlanda Airport.

The Aparthotel will consist of 120 rooms, inspired by Nordic design and living, and will be developed in collaboration with Swedish Airport Infrastructure AB (SAIAB). Forenom believes that the flexible extended stay option will provide an affordable accommodation solution for business travellers and businesses constructing and operating in the surrounding area.

The Arlanda area is developing into an ‘’Airport City’’ with upcoming new office buildings, hotels and a potential new congress center. Swedavia estimates that the number of workers in the area will increase from today’s approx. 18 000 to 50 000 in the next 30 years. In addition, 30 percent of Stockholm-Arlanda Airport’s 21,1 million international and 5,5 million domestic passengers were traveling for business in 2017.

GOT Point – total refurbishment of our office building at Landvetter
SAIAB is preparing a total refurbishment of Got Point, our office building located near the terminal at Landvetter. The renovation will be made during 2018 and the tenants will be able to move in 2019. After the renovation we will be able to offer our tenants modern, flexible office space from 25 m2 to 1500 m2 close to the terminal. The close proximity to larger companies in the area, to Göteborg, and to Borås contributes to the office building being an interesting option.

Swedaviahuset
SAI has invested approx MSEK 78 in total refurbishment of the premises to host Swedavias head office. Swedavia’s approx 350 employees moved into the renovated premises in June 2017.
