Swedavia Real Estate AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedavia AB which owns, operates and develops Sweden’s national basic infrastructure of ten airports. These ten airports form a system that connects Sweden together – and connects Sweden with the rest of the world.

In Swedavia Real Estate, Swedavia owns and develops buildings and land adjacent to our airports. The strategy is to develop properties, often together with different partners, and then divest when completed. Profits are reinvested in core operations and contribute to the development of Swedavia’s airports. Real Estate is a fast-growing operating segment at Swedavia and has major development projects under way. Real Estate operations are expanding as globalization continues and airports become increasingly important hubs for meetings.

We focus on high returns, great customer service and low costs. We manage approximately 1200 billion SEK for our owners – 2,6 million private clients, and 35 000 corporate clients.
