The property is located in the northern part of the airport with access to both airside and landside areas. There are several buildings on the property; three hangars, a service workshop for maintenance of planes, an office building and various other types of areas.  In addition there are airside land areas used to access the hangars and for parking of planes. The Hangar 1 building comprises two wings, each with space for four aircrafts with a free height of 17 metres. 

Hangar 2 is the largest hangar at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, constructed to house jumbo jet aircrafts. Two gates can open up to create a floor-to-ceiling height of 22 metres and the other has a free height of nearly 18 metres. The internal floor-to-ceiling height is 32 metres.

Hangar 4 can house three mid-sized commercial jet aircrafts with a free height of 22 metres.
